Nikola Longurov
Founder of “Longurov”
How It Began
It was a long-time ambition of Mr. Longurov, as a clothing engineer with decades of experience, to create his own private clothing production business and build a convenient object for it. The realization of this idea began back in 1993 when Mr. Longurov registered the company LONGUROW DOOEL, creating preconditions for the company’s actualization to happen as soon as possible.
On April 1, 1998, the idea was officially interpreted into a concrete operation commencing work in a rented place with 52 associates giving Mr. Longurov unconditional support regarding new machines and work equipment.
At The Beginning
On short notice, until the end of 1998, work was divided into two shifts which contributed to the vast, constantly increasing number of employees that inevitably led to the imposition of the idea of an owned facility.
The realization of this idea began in February, 2001, since the rented space proved to be a limiting factor in the company’s development.
Work finally initiated in the new clothing production factory on August 8, 2004. Covering over 2.500m2, it enabled production to expand along with a vast modernization of the machinery park.
Process of Work
The immense quality of our products is primarily a result of the application of automated tailoring, as well as the utilization of the latest models of sewing machines.
The ironing and control department is dimensioned to enable quality completion of our products. Despite the challenging models and delicate fabrics manufactured in our company, we ensure that our clients always receive the required quality necessary for the captious market in their countries.
Longurov Today
The numerous modifications and inevitable improvements made by our company LONGUROV DOOEL until now are crucial contributors that implemented the company to be established on the market as a reliable and respected partner. Having the potential of 280 associates and the monthly production of around 50.000 basic women blouses, LONGUROV DOOEL is ready to accept more substantial challenges while always adhering to the needs of its clients.
